General

Please contact us via our Message Us Form  and we will do our best to get in touch within 2 working days.

Once an order is submitted, amendment cannot be made. To add items, please place a new order.

For food safety & hygiene reasons, we do not accept any product returns/exchange after delivery.

Cancellation request must be submitted to us at least 24 hours prior to the delivery date via order@starchef.com.sg.

There will be a $10 cancellation charge.

For one-time bulk order, please order through our website and submit as per normal customer order.

Within 1 hour upon receipt, please check properly of the received items.

Report your missing or damaged items via email to order@starchef.com.sg / or Whatsapp 96288692, stating clearly of your Order No., the affected item and quantity.

Do upload images (if any) and note that it is compulsory to submit images for damaged items.

We will get back to you within 24 hours (Except Public Holidays)

Shipping

You will receive your order within 48 hours, anytime between 10am – 10pm
(No delivery on Weekends and Public holidays)

The cut-off time for order processing is 5:00pm sharp from Mon-Fri (excluding Public Holidays)

Either an email / whatsapp message confirmation will be sent to you once your order is processed and scheduled for delivery.

For Pre-Order Items, average wait is 3-5 working days.

We may assist to postpone the delivery date, up to 3 days later. Your preferred Delivery Date will be subjected to slot availability. Any date change request must be informed 24 hours prior to the delivery date. There will be a charge of $10 for the change in the delivery date and $30 for bulk orders (more than 30kg), and is payable in advance before delivery arrangement.

The driver would have attempted to contact you prior to delivery so do try to call back any missed call number shown on your mobile phone asap. Find out whether the driver is still within your vicinity and whether he/she is able to re-deliver to you on goodwill basis. If you are not available during the delivery, suggest that you get your family members or neighbours, etc to help to receive the goods.

For your information, perishable food items will only be held on to within 30 minutes of failed delivery, thereafter it will be disposed due to food safety & hygiene. It will be deemed as your original order is cancelled and you will need to place a new order.

There is no any minimum order quantity.

A $10 delivery fee is applicable for orders below $60.

FREE delivery for orders of $60 & above.

For bulk orders of more than 30kg in weight but less than $60 in value, the delivery fee is $30.

Currently we could only supply & deliver to Singapore addresses. However there is no delivery for Restricted Areas such as: 1. Changi Airport / 2. Alps Ave / 3. Sentosa Island / 4. Jurong Island / 5. Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoint too.
