Sweet & Sour Fish Fillet recipe is the easiest way to create a deliciously tangy and sweet dish that's perfect for a quick weeknight meal. With crispy fish fillets coated in a flavorful sauce, it's a winning combination of flavors that will leave your taste buds wanting more


300g Frozen Fried Fish Fillet
100g Sweet & Sour Sauce
50g Green Capsicum
50g Red Capsicum
50g Yellow Capsicum
50g Red Onion
30g Cooking Oil

Recommended Garnishes : Cucumber, Pineapple, Lychee, Dragonfruit, Strawberry, Capsicums, Onions, Tomatoes


  1. All ingredients are cut and set aside
  2. Heat up the frozen fried fish fillet either by Air fryer or Deep fryer. For Air Fryer set temperature to 180°C for 18 to 20 mins. If using Deep Fryer, only 3 to 8mins at 180°C
  3. Add cooking oil after saucepan is heated up and saute all the ingredients
  4. Add in Sweet & Sour Sauce and mix well
  5. Add in ready fried fish fillet to the pan and stir well to coat them with the sweet and sour sauce.
  6. Ready to be plated


  • Be careful not to overcook the fish fillet, as they can become soft and dry if left in the pan for too long.
  • Garnish with chopped scallions for added flavor and texture.
