450g Frozen Fried Chicken Chop
100g Salted Egg Sauce
20g Curry Leaves
Red Chilli (Depends on your spice level)

Recommended Garnishes : Sesame seeds, Fresh parsley, Green onions


  1. Slice Red Chilli
  2. Heat up the frozen fried chicken chop either by Air fryer or Deep fryer. For Air Fryer set temperature to 180°C for 10-12 mins. If using Deep Fryer, only 3 to 8 mins at 180°C
  3. Once done, cut up Chicken Chop and set aside
  4. Add butter to a heated sauce pan
  5. Stir fry curry leaves and chilli
  6. Add in Salted Egg sauce and stir well
  7. Add in garnishes to the saucepan
  8. Ready to be plated
